  I seldom leave negative reviews, but feel I must share my second bad experience at this Subway. I will not ever return to this Subway on east Stacy Rd. Went there to buy 5 sandwiches to go for lunch on 7/27/26. The man working was extremely rude, inpatient and seemed put out that I was ordering so many sandwiches. He was very snappy to the lady employee. Then. as I was paying, the lady employee snapped at my grand-daughter about something- the manner in which she spoke to my grand-daughter was shocking and totally unacceptable. I should have walked out. Who knows? Maybe they were short on help? Maybe it was so hot in there because the AC wasn’t working? I don’t know -but- the way we were treated was very insulting and I will not return. Instead, I will choose the Lucas Walmart Subway which is run well and always welcoming.

  Walked into the Subway inside Walmart on W Exchange and went in to pick up a free snack and drink as a UBER driver partner. The girl at the register was very rude saying that “we don’t do that” repeatedly. I continued to show her the app that shows the free snack and confirm the address multiple times. She just continued to repeat “we don’t do that” “we don’t do UBER” She made no attempt of consulting with other team members to try to resolve or check validity. I spoke with Uber and they confirmed that this location is on the list for Uber Driver partners. This review is less about the free snack and more about the level of service and lack of professionalism. Please properly train your staff.
