Oh my God, I honestly don’t understand why this location has such a low rating! This is one of the best FedEx locations I have ever worked with. We recently moved to the area, and since I need to print something almost every month, this was probably my fifth visit. The employees are always extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help. Today, a gentleman named Jarell helped me with my printing. He was so patient, professional, and knowledgeable—and trust me, I’m very particular! I truly appreciate Jarell and the entire staff. This location deserves much better reviews because, in my experience, it is one of the best FedEx locations around.

This location seems to be more expensive than other locations and slow. The best option is located in Plano. Phenomenal fast, friendly service and price is right. They explain charges. This Allen location printed one item for me as I needed it and asked if I wanted them to trim it. Usually I trim it but they offered so I was like yes absolutely if you do that. They didn’t tell you it’s a charge. My $4 service turned into $24 bucks - you need to explain not offer
