  My package was damaged and I was never notified. Showed up to file a claim, was given a call center number, the person on the phone was zero help. I still don’t have a claim filed and the issue is unresolved. I do not recommend fed ex for any shipping needs. Terrible customer service.

  Had an issue with them double charging me- the Mgr was awesome, they had computer problems, but my pkg was delivered on time. when it got fixed a few days later, I was offered a full refund but I only took back what I was overcharged. Great Mgr. Great employees- only go here to ship my items

  5 stars for this FedEx location. The staff was so helpful (especially Nicky!) when I realized I hadn't actually placed the order as I should have for the materials I needed for a meeting. They started on my order right away and got it done quickly. Really appreciate it.
