  Waited to order in front of clerk and was completely ignored while she made a to go order. Other lady was at counter waiting for help to no avail. Male clerk was busy sweeping the floor instead of helping customers waiting in line. Extremely poor customer service.

  When I ordered my sandwich. I asked to put double meat in it when I got it over the app. It was the same amount as if I put regular amount of meat just scammed me out of money.

  Juan had me waiting for 15 minutes while he was on the phone and making bread. Never looked at the order that was placed for mobile pickup. Then the manager got to the store and finally informed me that they couldn't make the order due to missing products for it. I told juan that wasn't the way the situation should have been handled. And he began to argue with me.

  Very little to no meat, meat not spread out on bread, not a sandwich artist at all. Wasn’t even charged right. Subway on Johnson Street is way better
