I was having trouble activating my new phone with the esim info. I'd tried everything I could think of for a few hours. No go. I finally trucked on over here, and was assisted by Gesenia. She was real quiet, and worked methodically. In less than 20 minutes, she had my phone up and running. Great job. Well worth the $25 fee, in my book. Thank you so much.
