I walked in and expecting to be overwhelmed by all the different prices for boxes, shipping, and of course taping. ( as the USP service) does now for no apparent reason!! That was NOT it… I was met by Scout,CJ,Don, and even Terrence.YES they all were helpful with ensuring my items were secure and packaged in a manner where they would arrive safely. It was like I walked in and said what I needed and before I knew it they were boxing the items up with bubble wrap mind you, which the USP doesn’t do without charging you ridiculous prices and sending me on my way. With a tracking receipt! Keep all of these employees they are worth and probably deserve a dollar more! Thanks UPS team at the beltline!

My review was removed but here we go again. Tiffany is extremely rude, zero customer service skills whatsoever. I had an issue with my package and she didn’t even try to help me out. Everybody else at this store is really nice and helpful.
