  For starters I ordered an All American Club. When my order arrived my sandwich only had ham and bacon no turkey at all as you can see. Also I ordered regular lays potato chips as you can see on my receipt and there were none in the bag. Very disappointed and I don’t know if there was a new person working the night shift but they need to be retrained.

  Foot long - Tuna Sandwich with Ranch Sauce & Lettuce, black olives, and tomatoes on white bread with pepper jack cheese grilled They gave white bread one foot long with no cheese & not grilled with a bunch of Mustard Sauce and tomatoes and few olives Very poor understanding Deliberately argued// when I requested We went home and found out this We are elderly and handicapped It was not easy to get down from the car and walk for a corrected sandwich It was 6:00pm today Thursday 7/23/2026 I did not wanted to argue I requested Alex (very bossy and argued) Carlos did not understand a word Finally convinced to make corrected sandwich:: When I said - I’ll call police if you do not understand ( they both checked the footlong and measured with a new footlong) Bad experience// I will Never go there again I go to massage therapy beside this Subway I asked for the owner they did not give me They do not pick up the telephone & said I did not call I shower my phone They tried with their phones both Alex and Carlos No ring so figured out the phone is not working I asked them to call their owner They refused - Teen angers and very rude What will they maintain the hygiene standards No manners no customer service no respect what so ever to elderly No voice mail Says this mail box is not accepting messages because voice mail is not activated yet

  Great service from Rubie she was helpful and kind and smiled at all the customers. Store is clean and ingredients fresh.

  Look I don't wanna be that guy. I was and am still full of angst, but I just need this online community to whitness and see how crazy this is! I worked 16hrs today delivering donated human tissue. All I wanted was the new Moana meal. I asked if I needed to order the 6inch then upgrade it, or just order the footlong. He said he didn't know. Ok no problem. Ill just get a 6inch no meal. Just easier at this point. Got my sandwich happily. Before I walked out my eardrums were hurting with the loud loud music. And somebody needs to tell these kids that playing Tupac in a Subway is not cool. Tupac is and always has been MID AT BEST. Can't even sit and eat here with either of these songs. Way better rap out there than these songs. My sammich was good though.
