Horrible service. To be honest, I don’t think they are phased by this, since there isn’t even a single reply. Nevertheless, I shipped two packages on the 21st of May, set to arrive May 26th. I received one and not the other. I was able to get in touch with the location, and they said they were looking for my package. They said they would call me back, but never did. Apparently there is someone assigned to my case, who has not said anything. Customer service cannot do anything, so now I am supposed to assume my stuff is lost.
