  I went in this morning around 8:10am 7/29/2026 And as I walked in there’s literally no other customers but. Said good morning to the lady she replied back. I told her it was my first time printing out some stuff and then I needed it to ship it to. Her response: there’s the printer. She didn’t even bother to walk me through how to get the printer going on. So I kind of figured it out myself but. It’s been a while since I’ve printed anything. I believe her job should’ve been: hi. No worries let me walk you through and if you have any questions please let me know. She didn’t do a thing… I got upset so I said: isn’t your job to help me out?. So she finally got to me and helped me through the process. It was definitely not the best experience but. Oh well.. Store Number or building number!.4568

  I was at the Fed Ex Addison location yesterday to make some copies. I was immediately greeted by a sweet lady name Angela. She was not only helpful but made sure that I got exactly what I came in for. She was kind and very knowledgeable. I will continue to go to the Fed Ex Addison because of how professional and courteous she was. Thanks Angela for being great!
