  I called in to ask general homeowner questions what if’s to better understand my policy and spoke with Celeste in customer service. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Took her time and made me feel extremely valued as a client. I have been with Allstate for over 15 years and she was helpful, polite, and insightful. This was a wonderful experience.   I am sorry that I didnt get the help that I need it i try to get help and was completely ignored no follow-up, nothing.i feel that when I spoke to Daniel he didnt t’take the time to review my policy for a better price is was incredibly frustrating feeling ignored. This place is truly not the same since Favi left, she just to help me and take her time to called me back as many time until i was clear I fell The level of care, attention, and dedication she showed customers is completely missing now. Thank you and hope ya make some more improvements

  I just added another vehicle to my policy. Gavin Sullivan was extremely helpful with my update 😇 plus he was able to save me money on my homeowners policy as well. I would highly recommend this place. And my recommendations don’t come easy!!!! Blessed and Satisfied
