  very helpful and friendly. they have a lot of knowledge of their products sometimes I don't understand them because of my lack of tech savvy but they usually it explained. they've been able to resolve every question I've had. and the prices are very reasonable.

  I called in to ask general homeowner questions what if’s to better understand my policy and spoke with Celeste in customer service. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Took her time and made me feel extremely valued as a client. I have been with Allstate for over 15 years and she was helpful, polite, and insightful. This was a wonderful experience. Thank you Celeste
