  Very disappointed with this agency. Favi always went above and beyond and truly cared about her clients. Since she left, the experience just hasn’t been the same, which is why I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. If I knew where Favi worked now, I’d follow her there without hesitation. She’s truly the kind of person you want handling your insurance.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such an exceptional experience with Krystal at Allstate that I felt it was important to take the time to recognize her. I urgently needed my insurance binder corrected and my new policy to take effect on Saturday. Unfortunately, an earlier update had been processed incorrectly with an effective date of Monday. My husband and I had already spoken with several representatives, but we were repeatedly told that the system could not be overridden. Krystal did not simply accept that answer and send us on our way. She took ownership of the situation, reached out to the appropriate department for assistance, and worked to have the incorrect change reversed so that everything could be processed correctly with the effective date we actually needed. What stood out most was her willingness to go above and beyond when she easily could have told us there was nothing more she could do. She understood how important and time-sensitive this was for us, remained helpful and patient throughout the process, and ultimately helped resolve an issue that no one else had been able to resolve. I asked Krystal if there was a supervisor or someone I could speak with to formally recognize her, but there wasn’t anyone available for her to transfer me to. So I sincerely hope this review reaches the right people. Krystal, thank you for your patience, persistence, professionalism, and genuinely outstanding customer service. Allstate is fortunate to have you, and I hope you receive the recognition you deserve!

  very helpful and friendly. they have a lot of knowledge of their products sometimes I don't understand them because of my lack of tech savvy but they usually it explained. they've been able to resolve every question I've had. and the prices are very reasonable.
