My fiance wanted to stop and eat here and from a past experience when my daughter ate at the HWY 351 location I was not only skeptical but hesitant. Alizee took care of all those emotions! She was patient with me as I have never ate at Wing stop. I had mentioned how it was a terribly long wait when I went with my daughter to receive her food as I did not eat. I ordered with my fiance and went to the restroom. The restrooms were nice and clean! You can tell a restaurant takes good care when the restrooms are clean! That was a great sign. When I walked out our food was already on the table! No wait at all!! I was stunned in a good way! Nothing would prepare me for the delicious tasting food! I took a bite or the fries and I put my hand to my chest! I was blown away by the flavor of the fries and lemon pepper wings I ordered! Everything was so hot and great! My finace ordered garlic something wings and they were not my favorite. Alizee also came to our table and recommended some spicy honey tenders! When I say I cannot wait to go back I cannot WAIT to go back!! I'm about to do the survey that was on the table I'm not sure if I was supposed to do it while I was there eating or after but I'm excited to see what I win!! Thank you Alizee and the team on Buffalo Gap for changing my mind about Wing Stop because I almost wrote this place off forever and today proved that would have been a awful mistake! ❤️ keep up the great work!!!

I wanted to share what a fantastic experience I had during my recent visit, thanks almost entirely to Johnathan. From the moment I walked in, he went above and beyond to make me feel genuinely welcome. His kindness and professional demeanor were immediately apparent, and the level of service he provided was truly unmatched; he has a unique way of making you feel like a valued guest who is supposed to be there.
While the service was flawless, I did want to mention that my fries arrived cold, which was a bit of a letdown given how great everything else was.

ordered take out online; thought i’d be generous and leave a 25% tip. Boy that was a mistake. Took over an hour to wait for the food (actually still don’t have it while writing the review). “working on it” is the best they could say. Wish I could take the tip back and just cancel the order now. It’s like you decide to treat yourself to eat out once in a blue moon, and you’re met with the worst experience ever. Just reminds you to go ahead and eat at home & save your money from these businesses that don’t deserve it.
