  When did Subway start putting 3 slices of meat on a 6” sandwich. When we google the amount it supposed to be 6. However this location puts 3 and it’s not the first time. Not sure if the manager who is never present gets a bonus’s for cutting food cost, or maybe it’s the district manager who supposedly showed up but never came in. Maybe it’s that they don’t train their people or they can’t hire competent people to run their sandwich shop. If you cut cost at the expense of the customer and short change the weight of the product and I still pay the full price that is stealing!

  I don't know if this man is the manager Justin or whatever but I'm dashing and I get the first order with its chips and the lady let me know she is working on my other order I grab my chips for that order too and making sure I didn't miss anything else standing at the counter. The man come up to me and takes out of my hand without asking a bag of chips. So highly rude, no greeting or ask of anything. Just a rude Caucasian man snatching stuff out my hand telling me what my order does not have when i am looking at my order and it indeed does have the chips. I don't appreciate the wack customer service and to be honest they should be shut down if they are going to have a shitty manager . Other than that the lady handled my doordash order efficiently by shell.

  So I ordered online and picked it up, picked up other food items for the kiddos then head home and I see that they charge me for double protein on both footlongs but don't even bother to actually put it in the sandwich. Smh very disappointed!! Online ordering is supposed to be easy, stress free, yet here I am missing food in my order.

  I am a fan of Subway but do think this location does not have great customer service. The employee did not say a word to me as I stood there for a good 15-20 minutes. He worked on online orders but never said hi or mentioned he was working on online orders. Standard customer service is to greet the customer and at least let them know what’s going on. I would not recommend this location. This location lacks common courtesy.

  This is a review for the Subway on South 1st Abilene TX. I have been ordering here for a few years. Somehow, chips and drinks frequently go missing. On one order the door dash driver went back to get my drinks and chips. A big tip for him on top of an already generous tip. At least he went the extra mile. Just did a delivery order, had 2 meal deals in the order. No drinks and chips arrived. Frustrating. Only 10 bucks, but still. It has happened consistently. So much so, I wondered if I would really get all the items when I placed the order. The "meal deal" isn't much of a deal.
