  They do not care about customers. The kid today had no urgency to help the customers who walked in. The gentleman before us had to say "hello" 3xs before anyone came out. He barely toasted our sandwiches and don't ask for extra ranch, you won't get it. Pretty sure he wiped his nose on his hand before wrapping the sandwich.

  Staff was super slow and not friendly. I was over charged and did not end up with all my food. Very bad location.

  Not sure the gentleman’s name but some of the worst customer service, glasses and beard, no name tag. Didn’t welcome us in didn’t have any manners what so ever.

  I come here often since I work nearby. I like their Meal of the Day deal. I always get great customer service from James and the other young man that’s been working here for a while. Food is always fresh and the lobby is fairly clean.

  Two employees at this particular location were upset that we had placed two online orders. So they deliberately ruined our food and the oil and vinegar leak through the bag and got all over our vehicle. I returned with the food and asked for a refund both employees were very rude and heckled us on our way out. I have a video and I will be uploading it to social media I did try to contact management and also left numerous messages.
