  I’ll be honest I did not eat there. But I was. I walked in nobody was in the front. But I had to use the restroom first so I went. There was mold all over the toilet and looked like it was not cleaned for months.. If a simple toilet could not be cleaned, I did not want to imagine how the kitchen looked. Shows how well it’s taken care off.

  I walked in Justin was helping other customers. After he finished. I walked up to the counter told him I wanted Italian herb and cheese a footlong and half inch. He talked over me and asked another Subway employee what kind of bread he wanted. After my sandwiches was made I had asked him to put it on a clean white paper before he raps it because I live 51 miles from here and the extra paper helps keep it warm. And Justin refused to do it. Says that You (Denise) told him absolutely not to do it. And if this is how they treat their customers I will not come back.

  Little Hispanic boy with stars shaved into his head didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in. He seemed upset someone came in a whole hour before the store closed. Wanted a meatball sub and he already cleaned up the meatballs for the night. Pure laziness.

  Great customer service and very friendly workers. Always a good place to grab something to eat when I’m exhausted after a tough day at work. Would definitely suggest to others as well. They also take all precautions to keep everything clean and sanitized during COVID.
