  Sandwich was made poorly and not like any other time I've gotten subway employee did not ask the questions as they are supposed to and was overall very dismissive toward me and rude

  My step-daughter bought a subway online and went in to pick up and they said they don’t do that and kept saying it’s the subway at Walmart when clearly it gave her the address to this location…. Why is it even an option then? They didn’t refund her the money and made her pay twice….I need this resolved. Someone please reach out to me or I will be reaching out to corporate.

  I’ll be honest I did not eat there. But I was. I walked in nobody was in the front. But I had to use the restroom first so I went. There was mold all over the toilet and looked like it was not cleaned for months.. If a simple toilet could not be cleaned, I did not want to imagine how the kitchen looked. Shows how well it’s taken care off.

  I walked in Justin was helping other customers. After he finished. I walked up to the counter told him I wanted Italian herb and cheese a footlong and half inch. He talked over me and asked another Subway employee what kind of bread he wanted. After my sandwiches was made I had asked him to put it on a clean white paper before he raps it because I live 51 miles from here and the extra paper helps keep it warm. And Justin refused to do it. Says that You (Denise) told him absolutely not to do it. And if this is how they treat their customers I will not come back.
