If I could give zero stars to this particular store manager, I would. The manager, Sky, if that is her name, provided some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced, and it started within seconds only of interacting with her.
We were greeted with an extremely rude attitude, and she escalated it after a simple question she asked us. I tried to move past it, but given that we were already dealing with a very recent and painful personal loss, the lack of basic kindness or professionalism made the experience even more upsetting. All we needed was a neutral or friendly interaction.
When I calmly addressed her tone and customer service, she refused to acknowledge any attitude at all. There was no accountability or attempt to de-escalate the situation. Only after I explained what we were going through did her tone slightly change but it should never take sharing personal trauma to be treated with basic respect.
I do not leave reviews like this lightly, but no customer deserves to be treated this way. Management roles require professionalism, emotional control, and basic decency. Unfortunately, this experience showed none of that.
