THIS IS MY CONTINUATION OF THE EMBARRASSMENT GOOGLE REVIEW! I HOPE IT REACHES HOME OFFICE OR WHO IT CONCERNS. My family and friends have lived in this city all our lives and it will be known to the Hispanic community which in this side of town IS the conglomerate. That being said it is an extreme disappointment for “Talk for Less” and is this what you have come down to, hiring Hispanic people who are not bilingual but claim to be and people who don’t know how to treat people. It doesn’t matter who they are or what race but provide the best customer service, respect, and be knowledgeable about your company. We don’t discriminate , criticize, make fun of or hold others accountable for our actions or incompetence. AND THE ROLLING OF THE EYES!!! What’s up with that! Are we still adolescent? Telling my mother to leave the store after she helps get the information they needed. REALLY!!! LOL. TALK FOR LESS, PLEASE DO BETTER!!!!!!! OH AND IF I COULDVE GIVEN THIS REVIEW A NEGATIVE 10 STARS I WOULD HAVE!

Embarrassed at my own race! I also hope it brings some embarrassment to the “Manager” at this location, who claims this as "my store’. I also hope that it causes “Talk for Less” to choose better people to work for them and especially those claiming to be bilingual. “TALK FOR LESS” should give “management” some sort of test for language verification. You should hire someone that represents your company with excellent customer service, show respect and be knowledgeable of products sold. My mother and I were sitting in the back watching and waiting on two employees to finish with their customers. One set of customers being non English speaking. Spanish being there home language and considering this store is on Ambler Avenue and is known for catering to customers that are mainly non-english speaking customers. It is a real shame that someone from my own race Hispanic, would treat customers the way she treated the couple trying to get a phone. The "manager" ROLLING HER EYES and making fun of them, in front of their face because she felt safe knowing that they didn't know the language, English, which was what she used. Hispanic myself and fluent in Spanish was completely and utterly flabbergasted in the way the manager was treating her customers. She made no effort at all to speak or treat them with dignity, respect, or courtesy deserving of an employee or “manager”. Instead of trying to work with them she passed them over to a young new employee who she claimed to be training. LOL Luckily the young man who was the trainee was helpful, courteous and respectful to the customers he was helping. He went and helped them while she walked off still blabbing and ragging on the Hispanic customer. As she walks off to another register to skim the register for the trainee, she continues talking about the customers. Stating how they don’t even know what they want and how they can’t explain what they want. My mother, being a bilingual educator for almost 40 years in this District thought it would be a good idea to go help the non-english speaking customers so that they can get the help they were needing and maybe save some undue embarrassment. A couple who unbeknownst to them were being made fun of by this so called "manager". As my mother tries to help, the "manager" states word for word and I quote, "oh really you mean to tell me that those people were sitting back there watching me struggle and they don't even try to help me figure out what this man wanted and making me look stupid, “God!" Number one she is the "manager" as she states. She is the employee and it is not mine or my mother's responsibility to help her or to do anything to provide customer service to HER customers. It is her job and it was not our business, quite frankly. How dare her say what she said when my mom wanted to help her customer. Without raising my voice, I told her that she needed to attend customer service training because she had no clue how to work with people. She goes on to explain to me how she's the "manager," and this was "her store," well I told her, you my dear are certainly not qualified because you have no idea how to help or work with other people. I said your trainee was doing just fine without you. I hope that you are not training him, he has a better ability to work and talk with people. Then she went on to tell me “well I'm working with customers and I'm training somebody.” I told her, your trainee is doing just fine without you. Now he is trying to help her customers, considering she simply would not and he’s doing a much better job and could be way more qualified to be a manager in that location. She is an employee at that store it does not belong to her and it is not hers so that being said I did remind her that she really would benefit in some customer service training and learn to qualify as a manager. I will make it known as far as I can to others to not go to that store for anybody that need help with their phone and can’t speak English. I have to post another review as this is long. But needs to be posted!!!

I was here for over an hr trying to get my phones unlocked after switching service and they were saying we were gonna have to switch back, jump through hoops, etc. We go to at&t (who we switched to) & in less than 5 minutes they got both our phones unlocked. The customer service # & online chat customer service were both giving the same bs excuses as well. I think cricket wireless sucks in general. Not to mention the people at this store are so unprofessional. The girls walking around with a sticker on her forehead pulling vapes and all kinds of stuff out her bra. I didn't know my 4 digit pin or security question the dude was telling her what to put in because he said that when they set up people's service for them the workers usually just put pizza or tacos as the answer. So they're out here picking people's security questions without them knowing and expecting us to know the answer. And now I'm having to jump through hoops to get a refund on the service I paid in advance that the billing cycle hadn't even started on. Smh please steer clear of cricket wireless. My service was always cutting out and real spotty with them anyways.

Very rude e ery time. Today I had to come help my step mom program my father's new phone. Just because his wife asked if they could start openeing and setting it up. The lady got an attitude. And said she did have to help it's not her job. She was speaking so rude to the elderly. Made my step mon feel bad and apologized if she thought she was being rude. . They need to shut this store down. Nothing but rude, lazy people work here
