I was given a bad sim card with my new line I had added at the catclaw store and was told to either pay money for another card or contact Customer support. I went to this store and they tested the card for me and found it was bad. They waved the fee for the new sim card and the card worked perfectly! The associate was a very nice lady and addressed my issues quickly! I will definitely visit this location again. I was there 06/14/26 @ 4:30pm.

I came in to ask about my phone, the two people working the counter had poor customer service skills, there was a lady working and she had a horrible attitude was not trying to help me, another customer came in and she started talking to them like i wasn’t standing there already talking to her.

Mr Ruben,Ms Camille as Ms Rosie are a very good team . Very nice as very well respectful with a lot of knowledge. I do apologize for taking so long on what phone to get but they was patient . Thanks to this team !!!!

Rosie was IMMENSELY HELPFUL when another Cricket employee at another store said he couldn’t help us and we needed a new phone. We came to this store because Camille had been very helpful in the past. We will not go back to the other store but will from now on only use this store. We’re old and need help sometimes and she knew exactly what we needed done when the other guy said we’d have to use yahoo support or get a new phone. THANK YOU ROSIE!!!!

I've been a customer for years. I've never had to complain about service. But this store, today was a joke.
I walked in hoping to upgrade, but when I asked if I could have information on the newer Iphones and Galaxy phones, I was told that the Iphones never have discounts and they were out of the affordable ones! Since I was new to iphones, I would probably want a 13! Ha, what a joke!
And they didn't have any New Galaxy's. The woman kept rambling on, as if I was not a paying customer. And the other two male employees went to the back and I have no idea what they were discussing.
All I know is that it seemed like Noone wanted to put any effort into assisting me. Just an occasional glance at the phones on the counters while telli g me what they don't have instead of letting me know what they do have or what I want.
I will never go there again, and unless you know exactly what you want and you better have money, and look like you have money. I don't recommend this store on S. 14th.
