  I want to acknowledge how great Rosie and Ruben are at this location! She is a rock star she fixed my phone when I was about to have a melt down...literally! She stayed calm and was very kind and understanding I'm so very appreciative of her customer service and her professionalism. Ruben was also very kind and very helpful!   I went to the one on ambler and it was very unfriendly All she did was point she wasn't an active salesperson I guess but going to the one on South 14th they were really helpful she was really friendly she was explaining anything that I had questions on and I loved her

  I was given a bad sim card with my new line I had added at the catclaw store and was told to either pay money for another card or contact Customer support. I went to this store and they tested the card for me and found it was bad. They waved the fee for the new sim card and the card worked perfectly! The associate was a very nice lady and addressed my issues quickly! I will definitely visit this location again. I was there 06/14/26 @ 4:30pm.

  I came in to ask about my phone, the two people working the counter had poor customer service skills, there was a lady working and she had a horrible attitude was not trying to help me, another customer came in and she started talking to them like i wasn’t standing there already talking to her.
