  I bought Wiper blades, then had to WAIT while the employee helped 3 or 4 other people before installing them. That is just plain wrong. Im steaming. Will never come here again.

  Diehard Battery scam, our SUV has been having an issue with slow or failure to start due to weak battery. We had to jump start our SUV for the past few days. We took our Silver Diehard battery to the Advance Auto where we purchased it and they said their tester showed the battery was good and they could not exchange even though it was still under warranty for few more months and they said it was my alternator must be bad. I took the battery over to OReilly Auto Parts had them charge and test the battery, they said it would not hold a charge and said it needed to be changed. This battery goes in my wife's SUV and she works late shift at the Hospital. Of course we purchased a new battery and the SUV runs and starts like new. I can just imagine how much money Diehard save by not honoring their warranty. I will never purchase a battery from Advance Auto. I got a hole whopping $22 dollars for the "Good" Battery as a core. The manager at Advance Auto gave me BS story how the battery they sold us was under sized, that the silver series under rated and we should have purchased a gold or gel battery for nearly $500. He said he would never have put the silver diehard in a SUV. What a scam artist. The folks at OReilly Auto said the battery that Advance Auto sold us was the correct battery and sold us a battery exactly the same specs and it work great.

  Shean is an amazing employee. He is the best friend and mechanic I know. He is smart, outgoing, hardworking, kind and determined. He is definitely the best worker at advanced auto parts. I would highly recommend going to Advance Auto Parts for all your mechanical needs. I would also highly recommend you ask for Shean he is an amazing worker.
