Patrick and Pate were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to be helpful, patient, and genuinely friendly. In a time when great customer service can sometimes be hard to find, these two really stood out. They made sure I was taken care of and never made me feel like I was a bother. It’s refreshing to come across employees who truly care about helping customers. Advanced Auto Parts is lucky to have them!

The guy working didn't seem to be willing to be helpful if it was going to cost him an extra ounce of effort. I was the only customer in the entire store at the time.

Patrick provided excellent customer service when my alternator went bad this week. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made a stressful situation so much easier. I really appreciate him taking the time to help me get what I needed. Great experience all around, and Patrick is a great asset to Auto Parts!
