  They are horrible people who will yell at you for no reason other than they don't want to follow corporate rules. Please corporate office needs to shut them down. I got screamed at and my sandwich thrown away because I used a coupon

  Absolutely the worst. If you can eat literally ANYWHERE ELSE I recommend doing that. The workers are rude, the food sucks, and the drinks are always disgusting.

  Worst experience ever today. Decided to try out the app, placed my order and was charged for it, got there and was told my order wasn't coming through and showed them where I had ordered and was charged, ended up having to order and pay again. Paid $45 for 2 subs, never even offered to make them for me even with proof but instead had to pay again. Won't be back.

  While ringing my order up, one of the males here said he made a “mistake” and put in that I was paying $20 cash and the rest card He proceeded to look at my pocket, and ask if I had $20 cash, to which I replied ,” no”. He rang the order up again, but for $20.04 I paid, and asked for my 4 cents back. He got it from the tip jar, and apologized. I had already left 2.47 for a tip
