  Worker insisted I had an online coupon, even though it clearly said in the terms and conditions it was not an online coupon. Then he said he didn’t know how to do it that I had to order it online however, the coupon is not valid online. It’s in store only.

  I went to get a sandwich. Everything was going fine until I got back to work with my sandwich. I got the wrong SUB! I call this place up, and he says no refund and hangs up. I call them back and he states to come back up there. I explain I'm at work and I can't, then he proceeds to tell me no refund and hangs up again. Very unprofessional would not recommend.
