  If I can rate to zero, I'd definitely do. Placed online order ahead about 30mins for 5 footlong, arrived the store and wishing to retrieve but found out later the boy had been starred at my order and lied to me he just got a ticket moment ago. WTH

  It's sad that when you ask for a sub off the menu that the employees tell you that you can't change what's on it. What I ordered came with green peppers and onions and I asked if I could skip the peppers and get extra onion. Every other subway I've been to would be like "sure no problem" but this one had 2 employees that both said they couldn't do that without it changing the price. I'm also not allowed to ask for extra tomato without getting charged extra. This is sad, this isn't a subway that deserves the name.

  This is the 2nd time that I have been to this Walmart subway and was not pleased at all with the service. I was there on 5/3/2019 around 9pm after I got off work I decided to stop here and grab something to eat since I had to run into Walmart and buy something anyways.I had asked the young girl if they were still open and she was very rude when answering me that they were. So when I went to order she had told me that they were out of meatballs and the toaster machine was broke. Now when telling me this she had a attitude the whole time. So me if I get attitude for no apparent reason then I'm going to give it right back. So I went to order the spicy Italian. I was trying to order something that didnt really require using the toaster oven since it was down. While making this sandwich the girl runs out of salami. So she rudely told me she has to go prep some more salami while rolling her eyes. So I said ok and was waiting while she went to the back to prep the salami. The young girl disappeared in the back and was gone for almost 10 mins. Now remind u I work at a pizza place that sells salami on a pizza and it doesn't take 10 mins to prep it. So I honestly don't know what was taking so long. I don't know if she was just goofing off or taking her sweet time. But for the first time I actually left my food she was making cause I felt like she was just taking her sweet time and doing it out of spite. This young girl need a wake up call cause I know she just makes sandwiches but she could have some kind of customer service when serving people their food. If she can't do that then she isn't going to get far in life. I honestly dont know how she has kept her job but I wont be back to this location at all. And I definitely won't recommend for anyone to go here also. This store needs a whole new makeover with the staff it's just a bunch of young kids that work here unsupervised.I have never seen a adult or manager present at this location.
