  On Friday UPS did not pick up at end of day at my business. I loaded up 95 packages and drove to the UPS hub to drop them off. I had done this in the past but when I arrived I was told that they longer received customer drop offs and was turned away. Many of these packages had expedited shipping. I took these packages to the UPS store in White House on Saturday morning. Phoebe and Susan were so helpful in getting these packages scanned in and ready for pickup. I learned later that UPS arrived about 15 minutes after I left and picked them all up. I appreciate their help very much.

  Phoebe is amazing! She helped me print a few documents on cardstock. She went through every paper option as well as helping me attach the files to send to the store email. Definitely will be coming back for my future printing projects!!!

  Jacob did a great job of helping me with my return. I had chosen the wrong location on Amazon, and he helped me cancel it and redo the order so I could return it at UPS.
