  I had a terrible experience with customer service with Danielle. I spoke with Greg and he fixed and we left happy. Greg u know how to treat your customers and make a bad experience turn around. Ty so much for handling situation.

  This is an Advance Auto Parts store in Wartburg, Tennessee. It's a standalone location, so it has a great parking lot and is in a perfect spot along 62. It is fairly spacious inside, and is decently clean. When I went, the staff were pretty busy helping others and were being super nice. The selection seemed fairly limited compared to other AAP stores I've been into. Overall, this store is quite nice!

  Went in for oil and the things required for an oil change. Told the boy at the cash register the year make and model and he did tell me the type of oil. That’s where the customer service ended. I asked him if he was able to help me and he said “I don’t help customers pick out oil” another boy (I’m not even sure if he worked there, both guys were just wearing camo) was able to tell me about the types of oil and which is considered the best and also which one was on sale with the oil change special. Never had this happen before. They’ve always been happy to help someone who doesn’t know much about cars. Customer service has really went downhill.

  Never in a million years have I had the worst experience in the world. Very unhelpful. Very dissatisfied. I don't even know what to say.
