  This place has the worst employees I have ever seen, including the manager. They are extremely rude and helpless. They should atleast act like they want to help their customers. If you need to visit a cricket office definitely don’t go to this one, you will just waste your time.

  The store manager, Mike, was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to change service providers. Update 6/25/26: I came here with my husband today at 1:15 pm, and the experience was totally different than the first time I came to this store. When my husband said he wanted to switch from mint to cricket, the salesperson said, "okay, we have some different phones to choose from." Then he said he wanted to keep using his current phone--his network UNlocked phone--but she told him he could only use cricket service with a cricket or att phone. I don't know why she would say that. Cricket has a bring-your-own-phone plan, and his phone is compatible. We didn't bother correcting her‐‐pretty sure she just didn't want to spend time helping people who weren't there to buy a phone. We left and got what we needed from Walmart instead.

  I absolutely love this store and it’s because of a certain worker! So outgoing and friendly and really is helpful her names Katt! 10/10 recommend this location and that worker! Will be back soon
