  My food order was ready in less than 5 minutes and was hot and fresh!!!! Staff was friendly and store was in tip top conditions! Also sign up for the app and get a free five piece with a minimum $5 purchase in today’s economy I think yessss

  It literally takes so long to get your food. I came here once when it opened and they were so busy and it took a long time to get our food. I figured it would we different now because they’ve been here a while and it’s not busy like it was when it opened. I even ordered on the app and waited like ten minutes before I came over here. The screen says they’ve been “saucing and tossing” my order for probably 15 minutes now. I seriously don’t understand what takes so long at this place, but order your food at least 30 minutes in advance before going to try and pick it up. This is ridiculous.

  I haven’t tried the wings yet. The reason for my review is to give a big shout out to Kyler—after I told him it was our first visit, he was super sweet and personable as he helped pick out some combos for us. He’s a great asset to this store and something more restaurants could model 😊 I’ll edit this review if the wings suck, but short of giving me intestinal issues, the 5 stands. (Yes, that’s how refreshing Kyler’s customer service was 🤣)
