  I took my brother out to Subway #3391-0 at 1905 North Jackson St. Tullahoma TN 37388 on 7-3-26 at 1:11 PM. My brother ordered a 12 “ steak sub. On the first bite he got a nasty taste and had to spit his food into a paper towel. I saw a big glob of white nasty looking congealed fat. He almost got sick. He took the mess to the counter and told the employee he got a nasty piece of mess on his first bite. The employee told him other people are eating that meat so he should too. My brother had to throw his whole sub in the trash. Mine was OK and I offered him half of mine but he said he felt sick after the bad meat and no customer service. My brother asked for the store address later and the employee said “Do you want another sub?” My brother said he felt sick after the bad meat experience and declined another sub. I have seen some bad service at Subway before, but never this bad. Subway is slipping down the path of poor food and bad customer service.

  Temperature is definitely not right for veggies black olives where soured cucumbers was Rancid lettuce was off could not eat either 12' we bought both where chicken also chicken bacon and chicken avacoldo chickin be careful
