  We were visiting Tennessee from Canada with our 3-year-old and stopped at this Subway around 9:30 p.m. on August 29th, 2026. While waiting to order, our daughter quietly sat in the accessible seating area. The rest of the dining area was being cleaned, but this section was completely untouched. The employee cleaning wasn't even close to reaching it, and our daughter would have gotten up if he had been ready to clean it. The large female employee behind the counter rudely snapped that she couldn't sit there because the dining area was closed. The attitude was completely unnecessary, and other customers even commented afterward about how rude she was. We felt welcomed everywhere we went in Tennessee except here. We left without ordering anything.

  Rediculous, last time I ordered off the app here I had to wait 45 minutes to get my sub, it says it was ready on the app but it wasn’t. I gave them another try tonight and and the tuna was so thin it seemed like a condiment on lettuce sub. The picture on the app and what you get look completely different. When I called to complain they said that was the correct portion… which is false cause I got a tuna sub at a different location earlier this week and it was normal. Completely unrelated the doorknob to enter this business is filthy as well as the door. The outside of the building is dirty with spiderwebs and dead bugs all over the Subway sign.

  Nice little sub shop in Townsend. Food was fresh. Staff were friendly and efficient.

  Ordered 3 BLT subs. All 3 had practically raw bacon. Not edible.

  I went there on my lunch break and I was shocked. The service was the best out of every subway I've ever been to, the restaurant was clean and the food was actually great. Genuinely a great experience.
