  The staff were extremely lazy and didn’t listen to a word I said. I asked for the meal of the day and I had to remind them each multiple times I never got my meal of the day….I asked for more pickles and they completely ignored me. Bleh

  I wanted to recognize Mason at Subway for the excellent service he provided. Came in on 8/1/26. From the moment we walked in, he was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making our experience a good one. It’s not often you come across someone who makes customers feel so appreciated. Mason’s positive attitude and great customer service really stood out, and he made us feel welcome from start to finish. Subway is lucky to have an employee like him. Thank you, Mason, for going above and beyond!

  This subway is literally the best one I have ever eaten at in my life. The bread was the best tasting, freshest subway bread I have ever had. The staff was very friendly and despite having a line, they were kicking out sandwiches with blazing speed. Definitely a subway to try if you're in the area and are wanting a sandwich.

  This Subway was a pleasant surprise. The building has a quaint, old-fashioned charm that reminded me of the country stores I visited as a kid. While the restaurant is in an older building, everything was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and worked quickly to get orders out without sacrificing quality. One unique feature was the ice cream parlor inside, which added to the nostalgic atmosphere. It's clear the team takes pride in providing a great experience. I'll definitely stop by again when I'm in the area.

  Stopped in Townsend for a quick lunch after coming off the Foothills Parkway. Randy was working all by himself and he had a line out to the door. He did an absolutely phenomenal job waiting on all the customers, the wait was not even that long and certainly not as long as we had thought it would be! You're doing an amazing job Randy, you impressed us!
