I order from subway ALOT in my town, Tazewell Tennessee. And tonight I had been wanting subway all day so when I got out of work and went home for awhile, I went back to town to place an order. I was greeted by a young man who asked me what I would like, I said I need 3 flat bread orders. He said "we are out of flat bread, no one laid any out last night" REALLY?? this was at 8:50 pm!!! Youns couldn't have put some out at the beginning of shift?? I was very DISAPPOINTED!!!! I LOVE Subway!!! So therefore I will go back but please, DO BETTER!!!!

Im leaving this rating due to I waiting in the vehicle. We placed the order on line and it was completely wrong. We wnted herb and cheese bread. We got white. We ordered spicy Italian with extra pepper jack cheese,tomato, lettuce,onion, pickle,banana peppers,lite musturd.we got no pepper Jack at all and not extra of the nasty cheese, jalapeño(really)We didnt wnt these at all. We had to pick them all off. Then they put mayo all over it. I almost threw up I dnt like mayo. It got wasted. I wldve taken it back but we were in a hurry. As for serve I gave 5 because I didnt go inside my friend did to pick up. He did say she keep looking at the on line order. I dnt think she looked at all because it was completely wrong.

We tried to order sandwiches for a family online and we're missing a sandwich and the things we did order didn't have what we ordered. This location is terrible

I'm a disabled person i don’t drive so I decide to order online from Subway app .. This is the first time I ever ordered from Subway app and it will absolutely be the last time as well. Today I placed my order of a (x2) Footlong Steak Philly, Chicken & Bacon Ranch and (x3) Gatorade Cool Blue. Apparently these orders are forwarded to DoorDash for delivery. The DoorDash person did not even bother ringing my doorbell. Just left my sandwich at the doorstep. I noticed it in my Ring camera and decided to step outside to pick up my order from the steps. His name is Dalton with DoorDash. I text him to let him know that he forgot my (x3) Gatorade Cool Blue. So he decided to text me back saying he apologize for the inconvenience. I contacted the store through the app and was told that my (x3) Gatorade Cool Blue was directly given to the driver along with my order. I asked the driver to drive back to pick up the missing item and he text me back saying that he can’t because he have other customers and he have a very busy schedule and it won't happen again and again he apologize for any inconvenience. So he refused. I ended up calling DoorDash so they helped very little to not at all. I’m highly annoyed because I have been robbed. No one wants to respond or rectify the situation. No one is issuing me a refund. My (x3) Gatorade Cool Blue disappeared. By the time I tried sorting it out, I am almost inclined to believe that the driver kept it. DoorDash is doing nothing about it. This is very frustrating. I will try how to get to the Subway store tomorrow to know my situation can be solved and get my money back.
