  This store is very clean & professional environment. It is well organized! I was in the store, someone actually opened the door for me, I was carrying a load. Noticeably, the store is set up to facilitate customers, smelled fresh too. Some customers came in behind me, 2 more associates came to their register and took care of waiting people immediately. Just well oiled!

  For a year and half I have working to rebuild our burned house. Having documents to copy and mail, returns to various out of town businesses and of course, Amazon would have been much more difficult without the expertise and assistance of the staff at the Springfield, Memorial Avenue UPS.

  Excellent customer service! They even helped carry my two big boxes from my car because I was holding my 2yr old. I’ll make this my permanent go-to for shipping packages in the future.

  The service that is provided here is impressive and a reminder of what customer service looks like. I was fortunate enough to have Ms. Bethany as my CSR. She was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive.

  I’ve been a customer of the UPS Store here in Springfield for the past two years through my business, and I genuinely can’t say enough good things about Justin and the entire team. They provide exceptional service every single time and always go above and beyond to help. Even when I have last-minute requests or need something done on a tight timeline, they somehow always manage to make it happen. That kind of reliability means so much when you’re running a business. I’m incredibly grateful to have such a wonderful team to rely on, and I truly appreciate all of the help and care they’ve given me over the past couple of years. If you’re ever considering using them for personal or business needs, I cannot recommend them enough. They’re an incredible team and truly deserve all the recognition!
