  Victoria was amazing. Im a little disappointed in that I've had my new galaxy s25 for 2 days, and they have a galaxy S26 and its cheaper by $100 than what I paid! I wanted/needed a bigger screen and actually went back to the android from my small screen IPhone. But I believe the Galaxy S26 wouldbe an updated version from the S25 and its cheaper??

  Oh my goodness! Victoria is a lifesaver! After extreme frustration with Mom's iPhone, she solved the mystery in about 2 minutes!! She explained clearly what the issue was and how she resolved it. Cricket is THE place for service and purchase as far as we're concerned! Thanks, Victoria! You rock!

  I met this exceptional young man who was very friendly and had particular but fluent taste in iPhone cases. As an indecisive person he made my decisions very easy and gave me reassurance. His name was Alex and I believe he should be employee of the month from how well I was served on my visit on 3-17-26. This concludes my review. Way to go Alex!
