  4 employees standing there with nothing to do while a long line to do returns at self kiosk and just watching. No help or care. And then they say they don't get paid to do those returns. Yeah right. Much better service at the Columbia ups store.

  I've used this UPS store for several things (printing, mailing, Amazon returns, etc.) They are always fast, friendly, well trained, and offer better prices than the other UPS stores in the area. The print quality is excellent, as well. What promoted me to write this review, was the fact that I stopped into the UPS Store in Berry Farms (since I was at Pilates in that shopping center) to have 8 certificates printed. The Berry Farms store is an absolute disaster! No one in there has been properly trained, and after 20 minutes, the 3 people working there couldn't figure out how to charge me for eight prints, unjam the printer, etc. I left and went to the Main Street Spring Hill UPS Store. My prints were done perfectly, in 3 minutes! Warning: Don't use the UPS store on Port Royal, as it is owned by the same person who owns the Berry Farms store!
