  Placed an order with direct shipping to this location only to find out that the package was refused by the store and sent back. Employees knew nothing about it and seemed to not know how to use tracking information. Only option offered was for me to call UPS and seller to figure it out. Now I have to deal with a headache because UPS employees don’t know how to accept a package. Plenty of other options out there - avoid at all costs.

  Why doesn't it have the same weekend hours as the other UPS store in the same town? Or even the ones located all over Tennessee. Even if it's another franchise owner or something, it makes no sense since this in a more central and populated location.

  I find it ridiculous that with a line full of people waiting for the Amazon kiosk, the three workers standing around doing nothing are "not allowed" to help. But they can stand around doing nothing. Also, there's only one big plastic bag available to ship items in. So if you have a smaller item you have to waste a lot of plastic. For these reasons, I will return my Amazon packages at UPS, but will use FedEx for any shipping needs that I have.

  I’ll make this quick as I’ve noticed others have made the same complaint. I walked in this morning with an Amazon return. Mind you, the instructions from Amazon state that I’m supposed to take a boxed item to an associate. I walked up to the counter and the young man told me to take it to the kiosk. I told him the instructions from Amazon and he still wouldn’t take it. Both kiosks were being used. Note he was standing behind the counter doing absolutely nothing! I wish I had gotten his name. How lazy can you be!! I’ve been to other UPS store locations and they were happy to take the package regardless of whether the kiosk was available.
