- KMKristina MarshallApr 17, 20261.0This place is a huge rip off! They charge you double the shipping price. Also, they are extremely rude and very unhelpful! Go to the UPS store on Main Street they will charge you the correct amount for shipping!! I had a package I needed shipped to South Carolina, she was telling me it would be $100, seemed kinda high so I went to the UPS on Main Street and it was $45 to ship it.
- JWJacob WhetstoneApr 14, 20261.0I would stay away from the UPS store off Port Royal rd. Several times I have been quoted astronomical prices for shipping and told it was the cheapest. The last straw was a quote for $124 to get something to Pennsylvania. She assured me that was the cheapest option. I obviously declined and walked out in shock. I decided to take my package to the location across town off Main next to Publix. They shipped my package for $61…They are intentionally scamming customers.
