  The two girls were not engaging, spent time talking with each other. The girl that entered the order in the register, did not demented what she just made, I needed to remind her. When I asked for a large bag for the three sandwiches and chips, she threw the bag at me because I did not tip. I will not go back.

  I think that if your open until 9pm then you shouldnt be shutting your equipment down until atleast 8:45 but 8:15- 8:20 is a little crazy, customers walking in should be notified upon entry that subs cant be heated. May as well close at 8 and spend the last hour cleaning. Went in to order food and she didnt tell me they had already shut the toaster off until she made the sub and I asked her to toast it then she was throwing the food back in the containers when I told her I no longer wanted it if its not heated. As much as subway cost it shouldnt even be an issue. I already dont much care for this location and usually drive to other locations because their out of food alot or dont have the best veggies. But I got in late from work and my children were hungry otherwise Id avoid this location if at all possible. these kids they hire dont care about their job and just want to get home as soon as possible. Their running this subway into the ground because they dont care.
