  Ordered online 30 mins ahead. Checked app, it said it was ready. Spent almost 60, when I got there they found my order but it had not yet been made. The guy told the other guy to help the customers standing there first. There were 7 people behind me. I was a customer in the store are this point but they helped the 7 people in line BEHIND me first. Finally they started on it, helped an 8th customer with a couple subs as I sat there, and started on a 9th customer. I sat and waited 35 more minutes for my order to be made even though I was in the store, had ordered well before and told online it was done and physically shown up. They should have put me in line at least in order of when I arrived but they did not. Use to be a regular at this location, but not looking to go back to this one, will go in walmart instead.

  I ordered online and my sandwiches were delivered (2 sandwiches) there was no cheese, when I had paid for extra cheese on both. I know this may seem picky, but when I pay for extra cheese I expect the bare minimum, which would be at least some cheese. Instead I have none on either sandwich.
