Quick service, nice and clean environment, would definitely come back.
They were speaking a different language between themselves which makes me feel like God knows what they'll be saying about you. If you have the ability to speak English in America you should do it with dealing with American I didn't go there very often because of this but every blue moon I will and it always makes me feel uneasy.

Very welcoming staff, though cleanliness says other wise. Probably the worst bathrooms I’ve ever had to use. It made me not want to take care of my business here.

Slow and they don’t speak good English
Best subway in Shelbyville!!!! I’ve consistently had a great experience at the Madison Subway location. The staff actually understands Subway’s core concept of customization and customer service.
I ordered a Pocket Protein and needed a simple veggie substitution due to dietary restrictions (spinach instead of iceberg lettuce and add jalapeños), and it was handled without any issue. They even asked if I wanted it toasted, which they prepared properly in the oven — exactly how Subway items are meant to be made.
The employees were knowledgeable, accommodating, and didn’t make the order feel complicated or inconvenient. This location clearly follows Subway’s standards and makes the experience easy and stress-free.
This will be my go-to Subway moving forward. Highly recommend the Madison location if you want your order made correctly and without unnecessary hassle.
