No problems … good service and communications .. please keep rates low
I feel attended to pesonally and not just a number on their customer list. Great experience, quick response time, nice people to talk to, and very knowlegeable, they look for ways to help me save.
I had to give this group a great review! We had been ‘ like a good neighbor ‘ for many, many years. Home and Auto. Bundled.
I became growingly unsatisfied with the impersonal customer service and the random billing process. We had never made a claim, for the house, nor our 3 cars—almost 14yrs. I just wrote a check to our good neighbor.
Out of partial frustration and my saying, “Ok…enough,” I called this agency.
I spoke with Sara—and she was personable, polite, and most of all, professional ( her knowledge base was excellent, and my particular questions were clearly answered.)
She saved me almost 500.00 a year on our homeowner’s! And better coverage—I’m not kidding. Winner, winner chicken dinner!
It’s a free market. We, as consumers, forget that if we take the time to learn, we might find better opportunities.
I’m guilty of that. Today proved with a little effort, better situations are possible. Thank you Sara and O’Neal Insurance!

The agency is wonderful. Great service. Great pricing. Awesome. THE CONTACT SYSTEM BY PHONE THROUGH ALLSTATE IS HORRIBLE - multiple AI questions and responses just to try and get to the local agency. Impersonal. Almost a deal-killer. I wish they would still publish local agency phone numbers.
