  No cars in the parking lot, went through the drive thru and waited 3 minutes and got no response, we ended up driving to the window and ordered three sandwiches, we waited 45 minutes. We are very disappointed and unsatisfied.

  It was decent. Went in round 3p to grab a few subs. Wish their ingredients were fresher so I could of had what I wanted on my sandwich. Lettuce, Spinach looked gross and the cucumbers looked abit mushy. Ive been in there 2x and there are never any customers, so maybe keep certain ingredients put away until you have people come in or get busy.

  This is a compliment for Cody ( goat tee) service on 3/19/26 @4pm. My grandson (13) went in to get his sandwich and the gentleman greeted him when he walked in with lots of enthusiasm. 😁 My grandson said he was very funny and took his time with his sandwich making sure it was perfect. He said most employees just throw it in there without a care. For a 13 year old to notice that says a lot. I told him that that is character & pride in work looks like. I hope my grandson takes that lesson with him in life. Thank you Cody for being extra!!! We need more employees like Cody. 😁

  Will not discount price without a coupon even though the app posts a discount. I have never had this experience at Knoxville stores. In the past I have went to this location because the food seems to be more fresh....I wont anymore. I see why we were the only ones in the store. Take some lessons from Ray Kroc...consistency.

  Clean place, friendly staff, good food. Went back, this subway does NOT offer the discounted foot long. Did not get notified of thst until i picked up a big order!
