Every time we go in this location, it’s a problem. They find an excuse for everything and leave you standing there like you’re the problem and in their way. Long lines. Attitudes from every employee. We will drive far and wide to avoid this store.

I had several returns and messed up some of them. Heather was very kind and patient and corrected them for me. I really appreciated her assistance, she was great!!

Ive been to this ups store location many times, and will keep coming back. Their staff is quick and efficient. They keep the line moving and the wait is usually very short. The only negative is parking in the tiny lot, and leaving, because the main road is very busy at certain times. Overall, it is a good location and my preferred shipper.
