Why is 2 day lettuce brown...... that's not quality that's half ass customer care. Very disappointed in the quality standards in this establishment and I will not be back!!!!! I've seen 2 day lettuce and it doesn't look that brown even zaxbys down the road checks their lettuce better then that

I placed a to-go order on 5/12/2026 for a Subway Club. My pick up time was 12:10 pm. After eating half my sandwich…. When taking another bite I found a BUG!!!!! In my sandwich!!!!!! Disgusting!!!! I tried to call the store and it goes straight to voicemail and guess what the voicemail is full! With no way to contact the store I just decided to throw away the rest of my lunch due to how unsanitary it might have been! Never eating here again due to how many bugs might be hiding in any other sandwich!

I messed my order up online totally my fault went inside to fix it and was given my sandwich that I messed up for free shout out Ms Angie she was awsome no hesitation to fix it for me no questions asked! I repeat Ms Angie was a literal blessing!!
