  We would like to give a huge huge thank you to joesiah an employee at this location for going above and beyond to help us. He installed an alternator belt for us to allow us to make it home to Knoxville. 5 stars for this gentleman Joesiah and he deserves a huge congratulations by the management and corporate staff of Advanced Auto Parts.   Josiah did an excellent job fixing my headlamp!!! He was incredibly kind, funny, and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience much more comfortable. You can tell he’s very experienced and knows exactly what he’s doing—he quickly diagnosed the issue and had everything working again efficiently. I really appreciated his professionalism and the care he took in making sure everything was done right. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing car work done💯💯💯

  Was helping my mom get a battery this morning. Went down the road first to that O store. Was treated with disrespect and had an awful attitude. We left there with no battery and drove a block away to advanced auto. Tracy was amazing from the time we walked in the door. Great customer service and willing to go above and beyond. Paid a little more for the battery but the service was well worth the price. THANK YOU so much Tracy!!
