  No help at all. Simply asked about the phones that were advertised as deals online, wanting to know if the same deals applied in store and was told that I should just continue buying online because all they had were cheap phones for free and then the “sales” girl walked away in went into the back room.

  Selmer store is very helpful and informative of what they have and don’t have unlike the Savannah store and Savannah store management could definitely take some people skills from Selmer store and how to talk to the customers

  My son and I upgraded to a new phone for his number, we have a 4 line plan. I don't agree with a $25 activation fee when he has active service. We got a case & screen protector, but the rep tried several times to put the protector on the screen so it ended up having places that don't adhere to the screen completely. I wish she had asked if he wanted her to do it or leave it to my son. The phone works good, but not our best experience.
