  They helped switch me over with no problems even better service than Lexington branch. Helped me set everything up with no issues. Was so so thankful for the ladies and our wonderful conversation. Appreciate you so much happy to ditch att in Savannah and come back to cricket. Better deals and happy to not get ripped off like I did at att. No lies from this store which was such a blessing.

  They don’t want to do business with you if you don’t have service with them, got my SIM card else were, stupitest thing in here, bet they can’t sell phone cases either, how you not going sell something? Hope yall go out of business.

  So helpful. I did have to do my own due diligence to get the job done to switch providers, but once that hurdle was overcome, they were so happy to set it up for me and make it ready and easy.

  I had an amazing experience at the Cricket store in Savannah, Tennessee thanks to Laikyn! She was incredibly patient and truly went above and beyond to make my phone transition as smooth as possible. I was especially worried about keeping my number, but she handled everything effortlessly and made the whole process stress-free. Her customer service was top-notch...very personal, friendly, and genuine. She made me feel like I was talking to a friend the entire time, not just a salesperson. It’s rare to find someone who cares that much about making sure you’re comfortable and taken care of. I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Laikyn if you need any help!❤️
