They don’t want to do business with you if you don’t have service with them, got my SIM card else were, stupitest thing in here, bet they can’t sell phone cases either, how you not going sell something? Hope yall go out of business.

So helpful. I did have to do my own due diligence to get the job done to switch providers, but once that hurdle was overcome, they were so happy to set it up for me and make it ready and easy.

I had an amazing experience at the Cricket store in Savannah, Tennessee thanks to Laikyn! She was incredibly patient and truly went above and beyond to make my phone transition as smooth as possible. I was especially worried about keeping my number, but she handled everything effortlessly and made the whole process stress-free. Her customer service was top-notch...very personal, friendly, and genuine. She made me feel like I was talking to a friend the entire time, not just a salesperson. Rude customer service, if you can call it that. Does Cricket wireless not have a standard for any kind of decorum for how it's authorized retailers treat customers? Saw an elderly Veteran with vision mistreated because he dared to voice a complaint. Her attitude only got worse. He asked a question because he could not read the screen and was met with her ignoring the question an ranting about another customer.
