  Online order, two sandwiches. One roasted one not, they sent them out the door both untoasted.

  The staff were wonderful!! The steaks we had were absolutely butter knife tender and served exactly the way we wanted. The atmosphere was great and we will go there again, without a doubt.

  have call twice on different days to request a sandwich tray. One time person answering phone said she did not have time to make one, no matter what time I needed, she was supposedly by herself, this time I called for a tray and her reply was, didn't have enough bread or meats. Said truck doesn't arrive until tomorrow so can't make. then on both occasions called the Subway in Newland NC and got a cheerful lady answering phone and was happy to take my order. Roan Mtn needs to hire folks that are willing to work with the public.
