  I am visiting the town and I stopped in there.To just get a couple cups of ice in the staff was terrible.I asked how much for a cup of ice and they proceeded to want to charge me full price for a drink for just ice. I have been to subways from texas to florida and ohio and this is the only one that did not have a small glass that they either charged nothing for or less than a dollar.Because if you wanted a regular size glass , it would be fifty cents to a dollar for a full size glass , depending on small , medium or large but this location was to charge a full price for a glass of ice, and I said, that's not fair, that's not what every other Subway does.And I got to well , that's the price you'll pay here and I promptly told her that was extortion , because it is it is price gouging and extortion to charge full price for a cup of ice when you're not getting any other drink you are strictly getting a cup of ice. This is one location that even if I come back to this town will not get my business because of it.And I would not recommend them to anybody other subways go for it, but avoid this Subway.They are extorting people and committing fraud by charging full price for ice that they do charge for the regular drink

  Employee was extremely rude. Interrupted me after asking what I wanted. Then asked again what I wanted and proceeded to complain about "rude @$ customers" coming in. And i quote"customers need to learn that respect is given not taken". Cussed the entire time making my order (2 cold sandwiches) and made it feel like she was directing her venting on me. Though I said nothing rude at all. If I had her name I would report her. This is a Sunday afternoon, 3:30 pm 5/21/23 at Pulaski, TN walmart subway. Ridiculous. To that employee, the respect thing goes both ways. Luckily I am mature enough to hold my tongue. Extremely displeased with this experience.

  HORRIBLE ATTITUDES! When I went there the first time, the girl making my sandwich seemed totally aggravated over nothing. I thought maybe she was having a bad day. But the second time I went, the lady who may have even been the manager just seemed downright grumpy and rushed though there was only me in line. I have never gotten a smile at this place from anyone. No thank yous, and not a single kind tone of voice. Do the store a favor and eat at the other Subway in town. Hopefully these people will go out of business and finally relax a little.
