  Cant contact any person the store people that get paid to do nothing! Cant help you will stay on the phone for hours no response service is terrible

  I was at the Pulaski store today, I had gotten a new phone I have a lot of photos saved on my old phone and a memory card and could not get them onto my new phone there are a lot of them that are family and friends who have passed away so the 2 young ladies working there (Kimberly and Hannah) took my phone and did everything possible and got all of my photos save to my new phone the were very courteous and professionally I will never be able to thank them enough.

  I’ve been with my phone service since last year and I’ve had the best of customer service, and today Hannah and Kimberly were extremely helpful with my account. These girls don’t get enough credit for what they do thank y’all two so much for today!
