  I went to Advanced Auto for replacement of my car battery and was helped by Charlie. He was excellent - very knowledgeable and courteous. He quickly installed the new battery.

  Manager was absolutely terrible. Went in after already going to autozone and being told the battery was bad after a couple of different tests, I got the battery at advanced and wanted to see if it was under warranty as I had only gotten it less than a year ago and it was already bad. The second I mentioned the word warranty to a salesperson the manager jumped in and IMMEDIATELY got defensive and rude and said they weren’t going to trust the first guys word and to do their own test- which is completely fine. However, their test said it was good (which it did the same thing last year even though the battery was bad so I paid for a brand new alternator and turned out the whole time it was my battery) so I had the guy from autozone talk to the manager and he was so rude to not only the autozone guy but also me and told me there was nothing he would do to help me and that I needed to take it somewhere else. Talked down on me the entire time I was there and at one point when we came back in on the phone with the auto zone guy the manager ran to the back and noticed we were still waiting so reluctantly came back out and said “yall clearly wanna talk to me so just come on.” Will never go back there and give them any of my money.
