  Between the UPS store corporate and the UPS capital service, I am left with an insult and a delivery on the other side of the country. Sent keys to California under their fastest possible rush, and it was delayed. We were only at the hotel a day. When we saw it was delayed, we called to have it rerouted back to the shipping address. That failed, and it delivered to CA. Now I'm in TN, without the keys, and they give me a partial refund. A month of promises that they will pick it up from the hotel and return to sender, and they never did. The store says call capital. That number says call the store's corporate. This is the company my father served for 30 years. I've been loyal to UPS because of my father's memory. Now I'm left with a torn up insult of a refund check and a month of aggravation trying to get these keys!

  Melody was super nice, packed my daughters gifts in a timely fashion and very carefully, she was very helpful in helping me figure out what size box would best fit and helping me figure out the best service for the best price!! Thank you Miss Melody me and my daughter are excited for her to receive her gifts soon !! Keep up the great work you have great communication skills and customer service skills..God bless!!

  I was greeted by Melody and she was so eager to help me get my package prepared for shipping. She added a sense of humor and it was the most friendly and delightful transaction.

  The employees and there are always the most helpful kind and patient people that one could hope for. Even if they can’t help me directly, they’re very willing to help me figure it out elsewhere. I always have an absolutely wonderful experience in that location.

  The employee that helped me made me feel calm and welcome even though my autism makes social interactions hard because people are usually mean. Christen was an absolute saint and really made my day.
