We placed a mobile order around 12:30 that was set to be ready at 1:05. We didn’t pick up our order till 2:11 due to a broken printer. The girl working the counter did everything she could to try to get our order ready, but she was the only one working at the initial time of pickup. Management was no where to be found. It was only when we returned an hour later that there was more than one person working and she was finally allowed to fulfill our order. Staffing needs to be better during the weekends. It would solve a lot of problems.

Kayden was great. He was polite and quick. I’d leave 5 stars however there was 2 other employees that were there( I believe they were on break) that sat and talked to each other even though they were getting busy. If you only have 3 employees working try to make it where they go on break one at a time. The people behind us were getting frustrated since he was the only one working.
