  Most of the employees in there are not very friendly I ate there and I got a 6-inch meatball. They barely put any ingredients on there it was like little pinches that's it. Then the total came out to be $6.79 for a 6-inch meatball nothing special nothing added. Ridiculous

  Poor customer service was the reason I decided not to eat there. We walked in and neither employee greeted us. I spoke to one of the employees (heavy set dark skinned lady) and she did not speak back. She didn't ask me if I was ready to order or what kind of bread I wanted, she just stood there laying out the parchment paper with no gloves on, and then looked up and said nothing. My bf stayed inside and ordered. I left and didn't order because of her rudeness. She needs to work at a warehouse, not in customer service.

  Have been using this shop since we moved to Oakland in 2010. They do a really great job. Always fix our meals just as ordered. Love the Subway app as it saves us money with price off and sometimes free food. Now have many more choices than in 2010. Yes you should give them a try.

  Order was incorrect ordered foot long received 6 in was told couldn’t do anything had to go through door dash Was at home ill told me I could bring back to store which defeated the purpose of paying for DoorDash Could’ve been handled better
