  Employees here are super friendly and so very helpful! We made the switch from Verizon, and they had us fixed up in less than 10 minutes.

  Walked in this store a few days ago a little before closing time to help my uncle get a new phone & the two employees working at that time were very unprofessional and refused the sale because they had already closed the drawer before the actual closing time... but it’s okay, because Cricket’s competitor received the sale with great customer service!
