  ​If you need a team that handles out-of-the-ordinary requests with absolute professionalism, this is the place to go. I regularly drop by with my projects, and they consistently go above and beyond to make sure everything gets sorted out correctly. A huge shoutout to Rhonda and Brian, who always take the extra time to make sure every single detail is perfect. Customer service like this is rare to find, and I wouldn't trust UPS needs to anyone else!

  Did you know that the USPS does not offer over night or express shipping anymore? Frantic to get something to AL in 2 days, I went to the UPS store and Brian the manager was such an amazing human to me!!! My amount was 15.00 and he made it work out for me. Brian went above and beyond for me and I really needed his kind gesture. I didn’t go in expecting anything but just to get something sent within 2 days and guaranteed. I’m so thankful for that kind of kindness. And let me tell you, the short time I was there, the whole team had a great flow involving logistics that I really picked up on!! Great team

  My history is five star reviews but this place was the most unprofessional business I’ve ever been in. We expanded our business to the area and I wanted to establish a working relationship with a UPS store. When I walked in, the male employee was slouched over in a chair to the left center of the store on entry. He was on his phone and was visibly annoyed I came in which made it uncomfortable from the start. Zero greeting, can I help you, nothing other than a glare. I stated that I needed to ship an item. He said “place it on the scale.” After printing the receipt, he just put it out for me to take. I took it and quietly walked out. He yelled “Yeah you’re welcome.” I just laughed at that point and opened the door for an incoming person. In the work meeting Monday, staff will be notified to never use this UPS store under any circumstances due to the extreme rudeness and unacceptable behavior of an employer demonstrating aggressive behavior. I understand the poor ratings.
